Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in resalable condition. It must also be returned with its original packaging, accessories, and tags (if applicable).

For hygiene reasons, products such as underwear, personal care items, and cosmetics cannot be returned.

Returns are not accepted for digital products or custom-made/personalized items.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at boyanovatex@gmail.com. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide the return address and further instructions.

Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Customs duties and taxes paid for international shipments are non-refundable.

Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected before the return is approved.

Refunds

After the returned product has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, you will receive either a replacement product or a full refund.

For approved defective product claims, the shipping cost is covered by our company.

İade ve Para İadesi Politikası

İade Politikası

Müşteri memnuniyeti bizim için önceliklidir. Satın aldığınız üründen memnun kalmamanız durumunda, ürünün teslim tarihinden itibaren 14 gün içerisinde iade talebinde bulunabilirsiniz.

İade talebinin kabul edilebilmesi için ürünün kullanılmamış, yıkanmamış, giyilmemiş ve yeniden satılabilir durumda olması gerekmektedir. Ayrıca ürünün, varsa orijinal ambalajı, aksesuarları ve etiketleri ile birlikte eksiksiz olarak gönderilmesi gerekir.

Hijyen nedeniyle iç giyim, kişisel bakım ürünleri ve kozmetik ürünlerinde iade kabul edilmemektedir.

Dijital ürünler ile kişiye özel üretilen veya kişiselleştirilen ürünlerde iade yapılamamaktadır.

İade Süreci

İade talebinde bulunmak için boyanovatex@gmail.com adresi üzerinden bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz. Talebiniz incelendikten sonra size iade adresi ve süreç hakkında gerekli bilgiler iletilecektir.

Aksi belirtilmediği sürece iade kargo ücreti müşteriye aittir.

Uluslararası gönderilerde ödenen gümrük vergileri ve diğer vergiler iade edilmez.

İade edilen ürün tarafımıza ulaştıktan sonra kontrol edilir ve uygun bulunması halinde işlem onaylanır.

Para İadesi

İade edilen ürün onaylandıktan sonra para iadesi başlatılır.

Ödeme, satın alma sırasında kullanılan aynı ödeme yöntemi ile gerçekleştirilir.

Bankanıza veya ödeme sağlayıcınıza bağlı olarak para iadesinin hesabınıza yansıması 3–10 iş günü sürebilir.

İlk gönderim sırasında ödenen kargo ücretleri iade edilmez.

Hasarlı veya Kusurlu Ürünler

Siparişiniz hasarlı veya kusurlu olarak teslim edildiyse, teslimattan itibaren 48 saat içerisinde ürünün durumunu gösteren fotoğraf veya video ile bizimle iletişime geçmeniz gerekmektedir.

Talebiniz incelenip onaylandığında ürün değişimi veya tam para iadesi sağlanacaktır.

Onaylanan kusurlu ürün iadelerinde kargo ücreti firmamız tarafından karşılanmaktadır.
